What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

Invited and played in the GACA all-star game as a sophomore. Played varsity for the Colquitt County packers since the 9th grade and got playing time as a 9th grader. Two sport athlete until this year when I made the decision to focus on football and school only.

Boatwright is a former multi-sport athlete (baseball) who is really taking football by storm his junior year and focusing completely on the gridiron now. He made a pretty crazy catch back in 2018, winning Week 3’s top play award on the site. He has excellent length, his agility time seems to translate well, and looks good moving around up field. Boatwright was a matchup problem last year, and Harden found him in the back of the endzone a few times where his outstanding hand-eye coordination took over. Boatwright releases up field quickly. He shows urgency in his route running, makes himself a big target going down the middle. He also played some DE where he made a few big hits coming off the edge. Boatwright needs more work blocking, he seems to lose body control and doesn’t finish his blocks too well yet. Needs to be more physical at the point of attack. I like how the 2020 player hustles, I think he can definitely play at the FBS level.
