Snead accelerates to the ball carrier with a ton of intensity. He played primarily a defensive line role for Crisp, but next year he will be suiting up at linebacker with the graduation of several seniors. He is a big hitter, does a nice job of reading his key and pursuing the ball carrier. Playing defensive end he went up against offensive tackles on a regular basis, so we are expecting to be an above average linebacker when it comes to getting off blocks. Expect Snead to make a nice jump next fall, and if he progresses the way we are expecting, he should end up at a FCS school.
