Central had a rough year, and their defense leaked some big totals. Collier has a good bit of versatility playing FS, CB and some WR. He doesn’t wow athletically. He shows solid speed, but needs more strength in the lower body. Doesn’t react to the play quickly. Below average tackler, doesn’t explode through the hips or wrap up much – too many arm tackles. He shows decent agility, and will sink his hips when meeting a ball carrier. Doesn’t finish, not enough PBU’s either. Collier has decent size but doesn’t finish off his plays well enough.
