Clements is an interesting slot receiver prospect with nice wiggle to his game. He makes some gutsy cut backs where I’m sure most receivers with his frame are looking to get down. Clements is not like that at all, and seems to always be chasing the big play. Their is upside and downsides to that mindset, but simply put, the 2021 receiver had a solid junior year. Pretty good length, and springy long running stride to get around tacklers. His slashing style can knife thru a defense. Not going to break many tackles though. Clements will have to continue to pack on weight, it should even improve his top end speed. Tore his ACL sophomore year, really seems like he was still getting back his confidence earlier in the year. More of a short yardage receiver with how quick and elusive he is on screen passes.
