What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

30 Passing tds Jr year 2,200+ Passing yards. 35th place junior and senior in passing yards in Georgia.

Burns had a big year in the GISA passing the football. He throws a nice pass in the redzone, does a great job of skying the ball out for his receiver to make play on it. Throwing motion needs improvement, he drops the ball low. Release needs to be quicker. Burns shows some decent ability as a runner, and I like the toughness he shows getting yards after the catch. Considering his height, continuing to improve his lateral quickness should be a major point of emphasis for Burns. Mechanics aside, Burns throws a well timed ball out to the sideline and does a great job with his location fitting it in-between a zone defense. He shows above average patience in the pocket, and does a good job of stepping up. There is good film of Valwood playing the best teams in the GISA, and Burns plays great. He shows some potential as a slot receiver as well. His 69% completion percentage and 30 touchdowns are really impressive, and very interested to see how he performs at summer camps and senior film shapes up.
