Korta’s 490 yards and 8 touchdowns during his junior year is pretty solid. Without knowing how many receptions he hauled in, it’s easy to assume that a good percentage of them went for touchdowns. The 2021 recruit has a long running gait but takes an extra step or two to hit top speed. Nice long arms, does a good job of playing the football up top. Uses hands well to get separation but nothing warrant a flag. Korta runs solid routes, his footwork and body control is certainly noteworthy. He makes a few tough catches on the sideline where he toe taps – definitely been trained well in that capacity. Needs to be more elusive after the catch, if Korta cannot run by the defender he can be tripped a little too easily. Korta was named Player of the Year at Landmark, interesting considering one of his teammates has a long list of P5 offers.
