What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?
I can play anywhere that helps my team win the football game (2017 3A state champ).
Barton was a key contributor to Calhoun’s state championship season. In the semifinals he picked off 3 passes. On offense he was one of the leading receivers with over 500 yards on the season. He is a springy athlete who shows really good balance and field awareness. He is just one of those intangible players, does everything that is asked for him. I absolutely love his running stride. He is very fluid moving around and can change direction really well. For that reason I like his potential as a CB, but he shows a lot of ability as a slot receiver as well. Barton is a true play maker and will play at the FBS level.
