Oliver is a super fast and aggressive linebacker from Douglas County. The class of 18 athlete flies all over the field, making impact strips and nice form tackles. Oliver is just beginning to gain FBS interest but his speed will certainly keep their interest peaked. It looks like Oliver has filled out even more from last fall and could play a hybrid role in college with how well he moves in coverage.
