McBride is a big running back prospect who moves pretty well once he gets a head of steam but needs little bit of improvement to his lateral quickness. The senior looks the part, has a powerful running stride. His shear length and size allows him to fall forward and pick up the additional yardage. At the next level he figures to be an h-back. His wide frame gives him nice upside as a blocker and should be able to get over 230 in a few seasons. He is being coached by a former NFL player in Shawn Bryson. He makes some nice catches coming out of the backfield, especially in his most senior film. Pad level needs to improve some and he runs a little too upright right now.
