What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

I'm a very smart Defender and do a good job of reading the quarterbacks eyes and making plays on the ball. Also can come down and defend the run just as well

Harvey plays sort of a nickle position on East Paulding and looks like a consistent tackler despite being fairly under weight. He close fairly quickly and biggest improvement we see is him gaining more weight but the 2019 recruit showed some decent promise. He closes in on the ball carrier quickly, and does a great job of lining up his tackles from long pursuit angles. Harvey is just a solid football player who always seems to find himself at the right place at the right time. Senior year he transitioned his PBU’s more to INT’s. Made some really nice tackles as gunner on special teams.

2018 STATS: 57 tackles, 3 INTs, 5 PBUs, 5 TFLs, 1 FF & 1 FR
2017 STATS: 41 tackles, 8 PBUs, 4 TFLs, 1 FR, & 1 FF

Austin is a very fundamentally sound athlete with great instincts , has all the intangibles and is a player to keep a look out for.
