Cribb is a deceptive athlete out there on the field, he romps his way down field, and shows a powerful running stride that allows him to break through defensive back tackle attempts. Elite hand-eye coordination for Cribb, who does a great job spreading out and making the long catch radius possible. He gauges the pass more like a baseball player, does a great job getting his head around on the pass, and elite concentration looking the pass even if contact is upcoming. There is a lot to like about Cribb, he has an old school feel to him. His ability after the catch is pretty good, he doesn’t have great speed, but shows good agility and balance to grab nice chunks of yardage after he makes the catch. That same route running translates really well to his route running, and we see him look great in 1 v 1’s on short routes. Zip, slant, drag, button, out and in – Cribb can do it all really well for a high school football player.
