What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

I am a leader on and off the field. I go above and beyond to make sure I am at the top of my game to get to the highest level of competition, the NFL. I am attentive to what my coaches tell me and I follow directions. I started on my varsity team as a freshmen only being 14 years old. I love the game and will continue to compete.

Taylor has good ball skills, and is a smooth runner with the type of reactions to cover a lot of ground at his FS spot. The 2021 recruit made several interceptions as a junior where he goes across the field and jumps the pass. Taylor is an instinctual safety, and stretches out his body to make tough interceptions or a PBU. Very good hands in fact. Tackling is okay. He doesn’t over pursue, but needs to work on dropping his hips and making tackles at the midsection and drive his legs. Taylor has been getting reps since his freshman year, which really says a lot for his general feel for the game. He has a good feel for sitting back playing a deep zone and reading the play. Made a big play in the state championship game with a PBU in the redzone. Taylor has a lot of positional versatility and is more than capable of lining up in man coverage or playing zone. Definitely one of the better IQ’s at the DB position in the state of Georgia. He is good fit at the FS position for a team that plays a lot of cover 3.
