Showers was awarded the Top Defensive Lineman at the MVP camp in March. He is a really explosive football player with a quick first step but where we are really impressed is his upper body strength. Showers gets off blocks with relative ease, showing a terrific combination of speed and power with his hands. He is really honing in his pass-rushing skills this offseason and you are really starting to see his swim move develop. The 2018 Tucker football player hits like a bag of hammers and he brings the ball carrier down upon immediate impact. He could play DE in a 4-3 or OLB in a 3-4 at the next level.
