What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

My ability to be able play both sides of the ball and also I’m a silent leader which means I put in the work that makes everyone want to work harder. Also my ability to retain information, I am very educated.

The All-State safety finishes off his senior year with 106 tackles (73 solo) and 4 interceptions on top of 6 pass breakups. Widely thought of as one of the best defenders in some time coming out of Norcross, Molder is a high IQ defensive back who has been an impact player dating back to his sophomore year at Norcross. Although Molder lacks traditional size at 5’9″ and 165 lbs., his ability to read the play and always be in the right spot is impeccable. Molder has been one of the most consistent defensive backs in Gwinnett the last two years. He does a nice job anticipating the play, shows good hip quickness getting around and changing directions on the fly. Molder is a great student who also takes AP classes. Unsurprisingly, really, when you consider how the senior clearly studies film but that clearly translates over to academics. Molder is the type of guy who fit into any locker room at any level and will have an impact. He takes good pursuit angles, hustles his tail off after the ball carrier and generally shows a great motor. Molder can also bring the boom when making a tackle but more or less conservative in his approach. Molder has good versatility at the next level to play either nickle or free safety too. No doubt, he is one of our favorites still remaining in the class of 24.
