Evans is a tough as can be, and a powerhouse tackler stopping plays in-between the tackles. He lacks prototypical height, which make it difficult to read the play at the next level, but certainly seems to have the instincts to make up for it. He has a very strong lower body and core, which allows him to generate a lot of force when tackling. Evans should create his fair share of fumbles this season. He uses his quickness to run around blocks and he’s just hard to block in general. Area he needs to improve is his pursuit angles, sometimes his aggression gets the best of him. Evans is one of the leading tacklers in Georgia for the class of 2017.
