What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

I can do everything on the field. 2x Team Tackle Leader, 1x Team Touchdown Leader, 2x 2nd Team All Region, 1x 1st Team All Region, DPOY candidate

Butts has been an impact player at the varsity level since his freshman year, and now as a senior you area really see him make an impact on both sides of the football. Playing both RB and LB, Butt is a physical force on the field having a lot of the same qualities of Dedrick Mills out of Ware Count quite some time ago now. The top end acceleration for Butts is a standout factor when watching his film. He hits top speed and combine that with his ability to digest the play quickly, and you’ll see the senior around the football a lot. He’s got good lateral quickness, so is able to redirect and detect the back for a tackle. Overall a strong player who can drive a ball carrier back. Butts bigger impact at running back just really solidifies his athleticism. There are several plays this season where his strength to break tackles on top of his excellent acceleration has led to some highlight worthy plays. Butts’ consistency throughout his career indicates he will be a steady contributor at the college level, and someone D1 programs need to heavily consider down the recruiting stretch.
