Quick Update: Beck made a jump as a punter this year, and made All-State on our website due to his great numbers. He can rugby punt which is a nice plus. Beck is a true athlete, a big body who was more than just a punter in HS.

Beck has a gunslinger mentality to him and is deceptively fast considering his size. He is not short on arm strength, and can get the ball out 50 yards down field with good trajectory and leading his receiver. His release point could be better, and he seems to fall into throwing with a 3/4 release. The 2018 athlete is a quick decision maker, and can ad-lib a broken down play into a 30 yard gain with his ability to stretch the play out and throw on the run. He gets the ball out to the sideline 10-15 yards with solid zip. His best bet in college is to find a school looking for a Power QB type that can run the spread. He has good enough speed, and quick enough feet to get out of tough situations plus he does a good job of running with his pads low. Beck could also end up as a TE at the next level.

2017 STATS: 419 passing yards (47/80), 3 TDs, 0 INTs, 186 rushing yards, 3 TDs, 37.88 avg per punt and 7 inside the 20.
