Brown has a quick first step and gets solid leverage on his opponent using his immense length. He has a lot of upside at his current height and his light feet is extremely promising as a pass blocker. Biggest area of improvement is getting a lot stronger, especially at the hips, while also improving his flexibility. At times Brown does not keep a flat back when blocking, and he loses a lot of his explosiveness. This year is looking a little more aggressive utilizing his size more but he’s still not getting the most out of his body. He just doesn’t have that aggressive spirit in him, and I’m not sure he can play enough for that to really change. As we mentioned though, he shows solid upside given his length and light feet.
