Key has really emerged as one of the better 2020 linebackers in his recruiting class. He just explodes running downfield, and has the speed to get into the backfield before the offense can really react. I really like the leverage he plays with and how he can get off blocks so easily. Key is a bouncy athlete, and seems to strive at creating havoc on the field. He’s got a really impressive frame to work with, and think he can easily be over 230-240 at the next level. Very good production during his junior year. He long angular body of Key stands out on the football field, and he covers ground very well. Key played both OLB and DE this year, his impressive lateral quickness suggests that moving to OLB full time will be zero problem. Key looks like a P5 caliber football player, and him getting more experience at linebacker will be huge for his development.
