Kurt Taylor’s Midnight Madness

Kurt Taylor’s September was greeted at midnight sharp by a multitude of college coaches from across the country. The first making contact with the talented back from Covington, Georgia was Michigan head man Jim Harbaugh.

Kurt told us some news that certainly will have Michigan fans excited: “Coach Harbaugh set (a) date for (an) unofficial visit to Michigan on Sept. 12 vs Oregon St.”

Just a month ago Kurt attended the “BBQ at the Big House,” personally hanging out with Harbaugh around campus. Just a day later Kurt was offered by Michigan and the young man quickly named the Wolverines his No. 1 team.

Michigan wasn’t the only school to contact Kurt. He told us that “Auburn, Georgia Tech, Clemson, Rutgers, Vanderbilt, Wake Forest, Georgia Southern, Louisville, Indiana, Virginia, Northwestern, Kentucky and Arkansas” are all making contact today with Newton’s explosive junior running back.

Boasting a 3.7 GPA, Kurt told us that academics are a very important part of his decision-making process. He plans to take the ACT next month.

Now that it’s officially September, expect more news from Kurt Taylor and other 2017 prospects now that they can receive increased contact from college coaches.
