FSU Offers Big Sophomore Nose Tackle

South Gwinnett sophomore Robert Cooper was just offered by Florida State today. It was the third offer for the gigantic 6’3″ 320-pound nose tackle from Gwinnett county.

Cooper indicated other ACC and SEC schools will be offering soon.

“A lot of schools are about to offer like Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia Tech and South Carolina,” Cooper said.

Cooper is a big prospect, and should have the attention of a lot of schools across the country this spring.

The big class of 2018 athlete perfectly fits the mold of a 4-technique tackle and can flat out stuff the run. He has quick hands, gets underneath the pads of the offensive lineman, and showcases quick feet.

We first saw Cooper’s film a year ago and were impressed immediately with how refined his skills were as a freshman. Expect tons of interest this spring and more Power 5 offers to be extended to the talented Cooper very soon.
