Crawford is the new tall lanky body that we are watching out for on the Campbell roster and just watching the young man move around on the field he should certainly be on your radar. He doesn’t have outstanding speed, but once he gets a beat on the play he goes on a dead sprint to the ball. Lining up his tackles absolutely need to improve. A lot of times Crawford is in the right position, but his open field tackling would be exposed at the next level. I’m curious to see where he even lines up this fall. Campbell lost some big playmakers to graduation and will be looking to have rising seniors step up. Crawford’s length suggest he could move over to WR next fall and be a playmaker for them. He is absolutely a 2019 recruit to monitor over the next 6-8 months and see how he develops through his senior year.
