What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

I am hard working and dedicated to getting better at my craft. I am very coachable and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done for the betterment of the team. I have good hands and I am working daily to improve my ball skills. I am fully committed to hard work in the classroom as well as the field. I am constantly working towards my goal to play football at the collegiate level. I have the mental and physical toughness required to play highly competitive football at the next level.

Horton runs crisp routes. He plants his foot into the ground and uses his quickness and deception to shake the corner off of him. Senior has the best hands in the state of Georiga and his route running is on point. No he doesn’t have the best speed coming out of his release, but he makes up for it by being extremely skilled at all facets of the game. Horton protects ball exceptionally well after catching it too, which makes him an ideal slot receiver at the next level. Really believe he has FBS talent – he doesn’t great top-end speed but in today’s spread offenses he can bleed a defense out on short passes. Throw it low to the ground 7-9 yards down field and he we dig it out everytime. Senior year Horton was limited by an high ankle sprain but will managed to gain 12.27 yards per touch this season. His elite hands, and nifty moves in short space secures your punt return spot for the next 4 years.

2017 STATS: 945 all-purpose yards (412 receiving, 275 rushing & 358 returning) and 4 touchdowns
2016 STATS: 1089 all-purpose yards and 4 touchdowns

Young receiver with good ball skills. 72″ wingspan, 10″ hands. Great quickness in space. He has that “wiggle” about him.

Denard22 is obviously Jeremy reviewing himself, all due respect but how the **** would somebody know this kids wingspan and the length of his hands? confusing to me…

Honestly just not impressed with what I have seen so far, every 2018 prospect will continue to grow and develop, but nothing special out of this kid so far

  4. Dennard probably went to camps with Jeremy. Not sure what Barron is speaking of. Jeremy is electric, I’ve played against him the past 2 years and competed against him in camps. What he has in height he makes up for in ball skills and his route running. What I saw him do to a 5* DB was unreal! I agree he has FBS/FCS talent. Seems like a good person too!

  5. Jeremy also isn’t at a program that has as much talent around him as a program in the gwinnett area Or even valdosta area. He pals received but also played return man against us, our coaches always made sure we knew where he was on the field. We used a special jersey for him during practice.

  6. Who ever this Barron person is I bet you’re trash and everything u touch turns to trash. Jeremy Horton is a hard working athlete. He gives 110% every time. If he had the right program and right people working with him he would have offers from everywhere. His route running and speed is untouchable..he could go to a bigger program and still start in the slot. His work ethic and leadership is better than anyone at his home school!!!!

  7. Whoever believes Horton would review himself has obviously never met the kid and anyone who would describe him as anything other than special has never witnessed his game. Is able to make plays against the best of them, and has made that obvious through his performances Both at camps as well as the field. Information can be reviewed and given at certain camps.

I Attended another camp that Jeremy was at. Every single one I have witnessed he has balled out! He doesn’t has the height, but his route running and smooth catching ability makes him a low FBS caliber player! However if he was 3 inches taller, he def has P5 abilities.
