Good afternoon, I’m a former high school coach in GHSA. I saw the all state team and just had to know how this list gets put together… I’m not trying to take away from any kid and his accomplishments but really should have more merit based acknowledgment. For example- you may have two qbs nearly identical in statistical standing however if a kid plays in a harder schedule and region and one plays in an easier one the kid with the better stats and in the tougher region should be the higher honor. I pulled up probably about five or 6 different comparisons and all of them were faulty. I was just curious what considerations make up this list and why? Thanks for the time
