Rogers is our hustle type of player who gets after his opponent with a ton of urgency. He is really quick getting out of his stance, and relies on his speed and powerful hands to get the offensive lineman off balance. Rogers is an extremely strong football player, gets a good push right at the point of attack. Generates a ton of power when tackling, knocks the ball carrier off his feet on contact. Does a great job of getting leverage, keeps a flat back. Can unload some big hits, especially coming into the backfield sacking the quarterback. I like Rogers’ overall game, he’s a really good athlete, demonstrates a ton of power on the field. At the next level he should get up to be around 280-290 and be a defensive tackle.
