Herring has very good hands, and a springiness to him when he goes up in jump ball scenarios. He shows good patience with his route, doesn’t get to ahead of himself, and does a good job of selling it to the DB. He lacks the explosiveness you want in a receiver, and looks like he would be easy to jam, so playing slot receiver seems like a must at the next level. He has really good agility number which explain how he able to cut on a dime, and with such low weight lifting numbers he really could end up improving his top end speed considerable.
